Care instructions

My cement decor is treated with a professional acrylic sealer, making it water-resistant and easy to clean. However, cement is a porous material; for the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding standing water and keeping the items indoors.

Will the concrete scratch my furniture?

I care about your surfaces! Every Still & Strong piece comes with a protective cork backing to ensure a soft footprint on your coffee tables, vanities, and nightstands.

Why does my item have tiny holes or color variations?

This is the "soul" of hand-cast concrete. Those tiny holes (pinholes) are natural air bubbles that occur during the curing process. Each piece is hand-poured in small batches, so slight shifts in tones are part of what makes your item unique.

Do you offer custom colors or "fleck" combinations?

I love collaborating! If you have a specific color palette in mind or want a custom blend please send me a message to discuss a custom product.

Are your products food safe?

All pieces are sealed with a non-toxic, food-safe acrylic coating, making them completely safe for wrapped candy, mints, and packaged treats. However, because cement is porous and cutting or using utensils can scratch the protective seal, I do not recommend serving unwrapped, wet, or hot food directly on them.

Can I use my tray as a soap dish or in wet areas?

Yes! Our trays are treated with a water-resistant sealant that handles moisture and splashes from soap dispensers, ring holders, and vanity items with ease. If using a flat tray for a bar of soap, simply wipe away standing or pooled water periodically to protect the sealer finish and prevent soap residue build-up.
